Our Wasabi Mustard microgreen seed packets are the perfect amount/seed ratio for the 1020 Microgreen Growing Trays. Spread Seeds evenly on top of the soil. I really enjoy the taste, ease and how quick Wasabi Mustard Microgreens grow. I like the taste of Wasabi so I thought I try these just for fun. Wow, what a great flavor profile. This picture show me harvesting part of the tray early, because I wanted it added to lunch. The tray on the left I think is about three days old and the one on the right maybe 7 days. I will be reordering more!
