Seed and Weed Deal

The combination of these worked great at saving my back as well as saved a TON of time. The seeder alone make quick work of sowing, doing the digging to the right depth, sowing, spacing, and covering all in one pass- all I had to do was walk behind it.

The little brooms in the seed cup warn you not to over tighten and it means it. Only tighten the wingnut until broom isn't slopping around or it'll be hard to push, properly adjusted, though, it's easy to push and saves a ton of time and bending over.

Similar can be said for the wheel hoe. The wheel hoe will not break lawn to put in a garden- you'll still need a tiller or a lot of sweat and a shovel (my method), but once it's in the wheel hoe makes quick work of other things. The plows work well on broken ground, the winged sweeps are good at breaking up compacted dirt, and the cultivator teeth are good at turning things up on soft ground, and those are the only attachments I have for it so far. At this rate I might get more though!

Love this seeder, hoe, plow, and cultivator. This save time planting and clearing weeds. I find this the most useful tool I have in the shed worth every penny. I am very hard on my equipment and it can stand up to me. I started with a 50'x50' garden, now I have put in the second at 50'x 175". I can seed and weed with one tool. My gardens are seeded in one afternoon. My drip line saves money and water resources while still getting enough water to the plants. For me one of the best things is it is man powered no gas or electric need. My husband does not have to help like he did before I owned this. I have owned mine for 6 years. Just for reference I am a 60 year old woman.
