Herb Garden Collection

Our Herb Garden Collection contains 6 herb varieties to provide a complete herb garden. Many of these varieties are perennials and will continue to provide delicious herbs year after year. This is a great collection for smaller, container or raised bed gardens. But it also provides enough seed for a larger in-ground garden. Start these Seeds in our Seed Starting Kits and transplant for best results.

Lemon Basil - an heirloom herb variety with a compact plant that can be grown indoors or outdoors. Great for adding flavor to seafood, pasta, infused oils, vinegars and more! 

Garlic Chives - an herb that provide a mild onion flavor with garlic tones. Also known as Chinese leeks, plants produce long, flat leaves that are hollow and easy to cut and mince. Leaves are tender and work great as a garnish or adding that signature onion/garlic flavor to your favorite dish.

Thyme - One of the most popular herbs in the culinary community. Excellent fresh or dried. Produces flowers that attract pollinators to make succulent honey. 250 Seeds per packet. 90 days to maturity.

Italian Parsley - A flavorful addition to any salad dressing, soup, pesto or meat. Deeply incised, dark green leaves. Very cold-tolerant. 250 Seeds per packet. 75 days to maturity.

Bouquet Dill - A fast-growing herb that's easy to grow. Harvest leaves for seasoning eggs, meats and vegetables. Harvest Seeds for making your favorite pickles. 250 Seeds per packet. 45 days to maturity.

Santo Cilantro - a productive, bunching variety that’s slow to bolt. Harvested leaves make a great complement to any salsa or Mexican dish. 250 Seeds per packet. 55 days to maturity.
