If growing your Red Sorrel outdoors in-ground or in a container, you will want to transplant your Seeds early spring before the summer heat, high temperatures can cause bolting. It will mature to 12-18" in height and 12"-18" wide. It should be planted in full sun with well-draining soil. Prepare your soil 1-2 weeks before planting by mixing organic matter, like Hoss Complete Organic Fertilizer to ensure adequate drainage and nutrition.
