Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the all the ways to earn points above.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in and head to your Loyalty page to redeem your points for rewards. You can also use your points directly at checkout.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Do my points expire?
Points only expire if your account has no activity for 12 months. Any purchase or point-earning action will reset the clock.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
