I’m loving the Hoss Microgreen Starter Kit. Hoss has made it very easy to start microgreens inside even when the weather outside isn't cooperating. The seed quality is excellent with good germination.
I bought this kit thinking it would be a good way to get fresh greens during the heat of summer but discovered it is also fast and easy. I’m starting some regular seeds in the garden now for Fall but I also have a few small trays started that will be ready to harvest in just a few more days.
Besides being tasty added to salads, sandwiches, soups, and all, microgreens are among the most nutrient dense foods available.
PS Hoss is wrong. You do not have to “Get Dirty”. The kit comes with soil-free grow mats.
This kit gives you the basics that you need to know about micro greens. Based on my results, micro greens will become a staple in the refrigerator.
I really enjoy the kit and friends are fascinated with it. The micro greens are delicious!
