How Does The Subscription Work?
Choose from one of our three tiers: Seeds of the Month, Small Sprouts, or Heavy Harvester. You’ll receive a surprise every month with everything you need for seasonal gardening. We will send out a sneak peek email several days before we ship!
What Will I Get In My Box?
Each month, you will receive a selection of products! Seeds of the month will contain 4 seed packets, Small Sprouts will containing seeds, plants and supplies perfect a garden size 30'x 30' up to 1,200 sq. ft or raised bed gardeners, and Heavy Harvesters will receive seeds, plants and supplies in larger quantity to accommodate garden sizes of 75'x 75', up to 10,000 sq. ft. Additionally, we provide a curated emails for the Small Sprouts and Heavy Harvester boxes that provide a glimpse into the box contents and exclusive courses and content, so you have everything you need to grow your own food!
Can I Switch Between Subscription Tiers?
Yes! Simply log into your subscription management portal and swap the product for the one you want! The link to access your subscription management portal can be found on your account page.
Can I Subscribe To Multiple Tiers?
Yes, you can! If you’d like to receive multiple boxes and you are located in the available states for Small Sprouts and Heavy Harvesters, simply subscribe to as many as you want.
Are There Additional Perks for Subscribers?
YES! All tiers will receive inserts with exclusive information and fun stickers! Additionally, Small Sprouts and Heavy Harvesters will have access to gardening courses made specifically for the boxes, monthly discounts, curated emails, and more!
Can I Customize What’s In My Box?
We are not currently offering the option to customize your subscription boxes BUT we hope to add that option in the future!
What If I Am New To Gardening?
Our subscription service serves as the perfect opportunity to learn how to grow your own food! We are here to guide you every step of the way with courses, videos, emails, and more.
Shipping & Billing
When Will My Box Ship?
Your subscription box will ship after the 15th of each month as part of our regular shipping schedule. If you sign up after the 15th, your first box will ship immediately so you can start enjoying your subscription right away. For all following months, your boxes will return to the regular schedule and ship after the 15th.
Where Do You Ship?
Currently, Seeds of the Month ships to all states. Small Sprouts and Heavy Harvesters tiers ship to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and South Carolina.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Our current shipping rates are as follows: Seeds of the Month - $3.99, Small Sprouts - $6.99, Heavy Harvesters - $9.99
Why Can’t I Get the Small Sprouts & Heavy Harvesters Box?
Small Sprouts and Heavy Harvesters tiers are currently limited to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and South Carolina.
When Will I Be Billed?
Billing for your subscription box takes place on the 1st of every month. If you sign up at any time during the month, you will be charged immediately for your first box. After that, your billing will align with our regular schedule, and you’ll be charged again on the 1st of the following month to cover your next box. This ensures a consistent and seamless billing experience, so you’ll always know when to expect charges for your subscription.
