Hyssop - makes a lovely functional and ornamental herb to grow in your garden. The plant has a sweet scent and a warm bitter taste and has long been used as a flavoring for foods and beverages and as folk medicine.
Mullein - a herbaceous biennial or a short-lived perennial herb that is Native to Europe, northern Africa, and Asia. Loved by pollinators alike, it also has medicinal properties.
Bee Balm - a native American plant not only known for its brightly-colored flowers and fragrant foliage.
