Description

Our Premium Greens Mix contains an equal combination of our favorite Asian-style greens and a few others. This mix makes the perfect blend of flavors for a bold salad, stir-fry or any other lettuce/spinach substitute. Varieties are equal parts Arugula, Greenwave, Red Giant, Mizuna, Mizuna Red Streaks, and Mibuna.

Growing Information

Premium Greens Mix should be direct-seeded densely in a bed. Bed size will depend on personal preference, but usually bed size ranges between 2' and 3' wide. We recommend planting with our Hoss Garden Seeder using a modified #1 seed plate. Drill 8 more holes in the #1 plate to make 16 holes, which will plant densely at a 1" spacing. Harvest with a sharp knife once leaves have grown to the desired size. If a more milder flavor is preferred, harvest when leaves are smaller. If a bolder, zestier flavor is preferred, allow leaves to grow larger before harvest. New leaves will continue to emerge for repeat harvests throughout the growing season.
