Premium Greens Mix

Our Premium Greens Mix contains an equal combination of our favorite asian-style greens and a few others. This mix makes the perfect blend of flavors for a bold salad, stir-fry or any other lettuce/spinach substitute. 

Premium Greens Mix should be direct-seeded densely in a bed. Bed size will depend on personal preference, but usually bed size ranges between 2' and 3' wide. We recommend planting with our Hoss Garden Seeder using a modified #1 seed plate. Drill 8 more holes in the #1 plate to make 16 holes, which will plant densely at a 1" spacing. Harvest with a sharp knife once leaves have grown to the desired size. If a more milder flavor is preferred, harvest when leaves are smaller. If a bolder, zestier flavor is preferred, allow leaves to grow larger before harvest. New leaves will continue to emerge for repeat harvests throughout the growing season.

Varieties are equal parts Arugula, Greenwave,  Red Giant, Mizuna, Mizuna Red Streaks, and Miburna
