Description
Parisian Gherkin Cucumber is a hybrid, mini or "gherkin" cucumber variety that produces loads of crisp, tiny cucumbers. The plants are compact and average 2' tall, making this a great option for smaller gardens like raised beds or patio containers. They will perform best with minor staking, but do not require a large trellis like traditional slicing or pickling cucumber varieties.
Parisian Gherkin Cucumber produces bountiful yields of tiny cucumbers. They can be harvested as small as 1" long, but are great when allowed to reach 2-4" in length. They have a remarkably crisp texture and are great for eating raw. The crisp texture also makes Parisian Gherkin a great option for pickling. Plants are vigorous and resistant to cucumber mosaic virus and powdery mildew.
