Description
Anaheim Pepper is a mild to medium heat chili pepper with large plants and abundant production. Plants can get quite tall and wide as they grow throughout the warmer months. As a result, they will need a solid trellis to support the large plants and heavy-yields of peppers. Fruits average 5-8" long and have meaty, thick walls. Fruits will be a light-green color initially, and will mature to a deep, rich red. Anaheim Pepper is a great variety for frying, roasting or making stuffed peppers for the grill. They also dry well and can be used in sauces or spices once dehydrated.
