Fruits have a characteristic, red tomato color and will weigh around 8-12 ounces on average. Amish Paste Tomato is the perfect variety for all types of canning and preserving applications. They have a solid tomato flavor, but are not quite as acidic as traditional heirloom varieties. Use Amish Paste for making salsa, tomato paste and canning tomato sauces.
