Description
Micro Boost is a garden supplement that provides the appropriate quantities of essential micronutrients to maximize your vegetable garden harvests. This is a liquid formulation that includes essential micronutrients like Magnesium, Sulfur, Boron, Iron and several others. Use it alone or add it to your favorite balanced fertilizer formulation. It works great in our EZ-FLO Fertilizer Injector, but can also be mixed in a watering can or pump sprayer. Just apply 1/4 cup of Micro Boost per 1,000 sq. ft. for best results.
Magnesium is an essential micronutrient that helps to give leaves their green color. It is the central molecule in the chlorophyll molecule and thus helps chlorophyll to capture the suns energy for photosynthesis to occur. Sulfur is a key component of plant proteins and helps the plant to use available nitrogen in the soil. Boron is an important micronutrient for sugar transport within the plant, and is a very helpful micronutrient when growing beets. Copper is necessary for plant respiration and improves flavor and color in vegetables. Iron is one of the most essential micronutrients because it is involved in pigment formation and energy production within the plant.
