Garlic Chive Microgreens
Garlic Chive Microgreens offer a mild garlic flavor for an elegant addition to any dish. Rich in vitamins A, C, and K and minerals, these microgreens are perfect for adding a gourmet touch to baked potatoes or any dish. They take three weeks to reach full maturity, but are worth the wait!
To grow Garlic Chive Microgreens, start by sowing the seeds in the soil and covering them with a thin layer of soil. Keep the seeds covered with a 1020 Microgreen Reservoir Tray for 2 days before exposing them to light. Once the seeds have grown, move them under our Hoss Light Kit or sunlight for maturing. Finally, cut the microgreens close to the soil line, and enjoy your fresh and healthy microgreens!
