Collards
Collards aren't just a southern staple to the dinner table anymore, they're growing in popularity over the years all over the United States. All collard varieties are rich in flavor and nutrition and are best grown in cooler months. Unlike other members of the cabbage family, collards tend to grow as a loose bouquet rather than have tight heads. All Hoss seeds are non-GMO, we are leading the seed industry in germination rates with constant testing, and storing our seeds in a proper, climate-controlled environment.
