Growing Instructions

Growing fresh cilantro is easy with our 4-inch Cilantro Seed Disks. Fill a pot with a quality potting mix, place the seed disk on the soil surface, and cover with approximately ¼ inch of potting mix. Water thoroughly after planting and keep the soil consistently moist until the seeds germinate.

Place your pot in a location that receives 4–6 hours of direct sunlight each day or under grow lights if growing indoors. Cilantro seeds typically germinate in 7–14 days when soil temperatures are between 55–75°F.

Once established, water regularly to keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Harvest the outer leaves as needed, allowing the center of the plant to continue producing new growth. Cilantro grows best in cooler temperatures and may bolt during hot weather, so harvesting often will help maximize your crop.
