Additional Information

Fresh, fast-growing, and packed with flavor, Cilantro is a must-have herb for any garden. From salsas and tacos to curries and chimichurri, nothing compares to harvesting cilantro straight from your own backyard.

Our cilantro plugs are grown in biodegradable Ellepots, producing a dense, healthy root system that establishes quickly after transplanting. Ellepots reduce transplant shock and allow roots to grow naturally into the soil—no plastic to remove and no root disturbance.

Cilantro thrives in cooler weather and grows quickly, making it perfect for succession planting throughout fall, winter (in southern zones), and early spring. Harvest leaves young for the best flavor, and allow some plants to bolt if you want to harvest coriander seed.

Ideal for raised beds, containers, herb gardens, and cut-and-come-again harvesting, cilantro is one of the easiest and most rewarding herbs you can grow.
